RETURNS & REFUNDS RELATING TO CHANGE OF MIND
If you're not completely happy with the product, or you ordered an incorrect item, you can return your order to Mindy Brownes Interiors for a full refund (Excluding the cost of delivery) Refunds can only be made in the original tender of purchase. Online refunds will be processed to the original payment card or type. We are happy to refund your item provided that the item is fit to sell on; (Packaging clean, untorn, inside packaging intact, plastic sleeve on all lighting shades) within 14 days. Please note we will not carry the cost of a returned item that must be paid by you, the customer. When sending an item back due to change of mind please retain proof of tracking. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please note all returns are your responsibility until they reach us. Before sending back the item please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org and note your online order number.
Please note for larger items an alternative solution will need to be discussed with our sales team if bought in our store, this also applies to items delivered on a pallet or larger bulky items as these items will not be picked up by an external courier. During COVID-19 or temp closure this may take a longer time than usual. For large bulky items a fee of up to €250 may be applied if items need to be picked up due to a change of mind.
RETURNS & REFUNDS RELATING TO DAMAGED ITEMS OR DEFECTS
If an item arrives damaged or broken all breakages on receipt must be notified to Genesis and Mindy Brownes Interiors within 4 days of delivery of goods. This can be done by email only (email@example.com) We will then speak to you across the phone and resolve the issue as quickly as we can. Please note a number of Mindy Brownes items are hand finished and may have slight paint/finish variations on each item. Therefore, it’s good to note no piece is the exact same and may vary. Please do not contact us through social media. If an item is delivered through DPD/DLH/Fastway or any other external courier the item will need to be picked up by the same delivery service and the goods must be in their original packaging. Please note for larger items an alternative solution will need to be discussed with our sales team, this also applies to items delivered on a pallet or larger bulky items as these items will not be picked up by an external courier. During COVID-19 or temp closure this may take a longer time than usual.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE ON SALES ITEMS IN STORE NOT ONLINE
Genesis Fine Arts Limited have a policy of no returns or exchange on sale items in our physical store. This will not affect your statutory rights.
EXCHANGE OF SPECIAL INSTRUCTION GOODS
We do not offer refunds for personalised goods (painted or altered, re-upholstered at customer request) this includes on base mounted items and engraving.
In the event of a refund the full payment for goods will be returned to the customer no longer than 30 days from original transaction either by Paypal or Credit Card.
MINDY BROWNES & GENESIS FINE ARTS PURCHASED THROUGH A THIRD PARTY.
Please note we do not accept returns/damaged items or change of mind items if a product is bought through a third part. I.E (a store we supply in Ireland/UK/Europe) you must liaise direct with the store you purchased the item from. The stock no longer belongs to Genesis Fine Arts Ltd once purchased by a third party.
